2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wooking for Love website ("Site") at wookingfor.love, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.

3. Eligibility

To apply as a contestant or use certain features of our Site, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from participating by any applicable law

By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Contestant Applications

By submitting an application to be a contestant on Wooking for Love, you agree to the following:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You consent to background verification checks
• You grant us permission to use your submitted video content for review purposes
• Submitting an application does not guarantee selection as a contestant
• We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion

5. Media Release & Content Rights

By submitting a video or other content to our Site, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your submitted content for promotional purposes
• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• Agree that your content may be used in marketing materials, social media, and promotional videos
• Waive any claims for compensation related to use of your submitted content

If selected as a contestant, you will be required to sign additional release forms and agreements related to your participation in the show.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wooking for Love and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Wooking for Love," our logo, and associated branding are trademarks of our organization. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

• Selection as a contestant
• Finding a romantic match through our show
• The accuracy of information provided by other users or contestants
• The outcome of any participation in the show

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOKING FOR LOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
